Continue the celebrations of Lhochchar, Buddha Jayanti organize cultural programmes, bring out publications, and documentaries, etc.
Collection the feedback and continuity to discussions, dialogues and interactions at the community level to solve any problems seen within the Gurung community amicably.
To studies and research and give the information of the Gurung language, religion and cultures and disseminate them widely.
Conduct and support Tamu language classes.
Provide guidance and counseling services to Tamu who are involved in different types of social abuses (such as drugs, HIV Aids, petty crimes, prostitution).
Study different aspects of life of Tamu in the rural areas by seeking and mobilizing economic resources.
To support and help to the helpless tamu people.
Coordinate and liaise closely with all the tamu bodies and organizations around the world and keep them informed of its programmes and activities.
Use various media tools to voice for and against social issues concerning the Tamu community: as well as encourage and motivate Tamu youth to participate and contribute actively in this sector
