The objectives are as follows:
- To provide the necessary means of bringing all the Gurungs together both in the country and abroad at a common platform.
- To encourage and assist Gurung people in educational and other sectors for their overall development.
- To conserve and preserve the Gurung original traditional cultures, religion and practices around the world.
- To provide up to date online information of various tamu activities from around the world.
- To promote video, books and others information globally.
- To foster friendship and understanding between Gurungs, Nepalese and other people in the world and to improve the relationship between all the people from the world.
